• History

The club was started in 1979 by a few enthusiastic collectors and some of them are still members today. It has gone from strength to strength and celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2019.

Meetings take place every third Wednesday of the month (except August) at the Friends Meeting House, Ward Street, Guildford, GU1 4LH. Evenings begin at 7.00pm with a browse through dealers' stock and members' spares. Coffee and tea are provided and these are followed by members' displays or invited speakers on various postcard related topics. Proceedings normally wind up around 10.00pm. Visitors with a genuine interest in our hobby are always welcome.
